Our Team


Access Community Housing Company (ACHC) currently has a team of 25 permanent staff and a number of casual staff. This dedicated team of personnel is committed to providing outstanding customer service, in accordance with the Client Service Charter, to all ACHC clients.

The ACHC leadership team consists of five individuals, ably and professionally fulfilling their roles as Chief Executive Officer, General Manager, Operations, Business and Asset Managers.   There are seven Housing Managers, who manage the tenancies and  liaise with tenants and prospective tenants. There are also two Housing Officers and a Tenant Engagement Officer, a Receptionist and two Administration Officers.

Liz Brown – Chief Executive Officer
Jessica Vidafar - General Manager
Jessica joined Access Community Housing in July 2016 as Manager, Operations but she has recently taken on the role of General Manager with the organisation. She has experience working across a variety of roles within the community services sector including homeless services, youth work and Child Safety. She has experience working in Government and non-government organisations. Jessica holds a degree in Social Science with a major in Social and Criminal Justice. She is committed to promoting diversity and recognises the importance of cultural differences and understanding in influencing community development and change.
Nicole Dent - Manager, People and Performance
Nicole joined the team in June 2020 and has twenty plus years’ experience in Human Resources, gaining both generalist and industry specific expertise with Hotels/Resorts (10 years), State Government, Financial Services, Indigenous NGO/Legal Service and more recently in Health. Nicole has a Diploma of HR to compliment her experience and skills, Member of Australian Human Resources Association; Cert IV in Business.
Passionate and driven HR leader Nicole engages all levels of the business to align HR strategies to the company’s strategic plans.
Jim Reeve – Manager, Systems and Assets
Jim joined ACHC in March 2014. He has a background in facilities and services management and in property maintenance and contract compliance. Following many years in the IT and telecommunications industries, Jim also brings extensive technical knowledge and experience. Outside of his asset management duties with ACHC, Jim works as a volunteer fundraiser for a small not-for-profit organisation.
Aidan Lang – Manager, Finance and Corporate Services
Aidan joined Access Community Housing in 2017 after relocating from Sydney, and has recently taken on the role of Manager, Finance and Corporate Services. Aidan has a Bachelor of Accounting and is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA). He is an associate member of the Governance Institute of Australia (AGIA) and is currently completing postgraduate studies in Human Resource Management.
